Protinus vive – 86

Protinus vive means “live now”. We live with frenetic rhythms concentrating too often between memories of the past or expectations of the future. Seneca’s exhortation “protinus vive” is to live in the present. Don’t waste your time, every moment matters. A pill of wisdom that comes from the past, to remind us how much life must be lived intensely, because it is precious and unique. We value every single moment of our existence, with the awareness of living it to the fullest. Our life will thus be longer and richer.
